June 2025 ASSET Arrows win the Jamie Oliver Good School Food Leader Awards
ASSET Education committed in Year 2 to let young people across their schools lead on redefining a high quality food education, and brought their catering in-house to meet the design the children came up with. The children's leadership was recognised by Jamie Oliver himself as they scooped the prestigious "Leader" award in June 2025
The Mayor of Ipswich and Borough Councillors joined the Ipswich Social Mobility Alliance (SMA) at the Town Hall for #iwill Week. iWill week highlights the incredible work young people are doing to improve their lives and the lives of others in their communities through effective social action.
During the event, ISMA unveiled our Year 2 Action Plan, a key part of our 25-year strategy dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people in Ipswich.
In exciting news, ISMA also announced that we have secured funding from Children in Need. This groundbreaking grant, the first of its kind in the UK, will be invested over the next year to further empower local youth.
